Data We Process
To provide attendance and workforce management, the platform processes account information (such as name and role), employee and branch records, schedule data, and attendance records (including check-in/check-out time and the location used to verify a check-in/check-out was within a branch's allowed radius).
Access Control
Access to data is restricted by role: Employees see their own attendance and schedule; Branch Managers see their branch's employees, attendance, and schedule; HR/Super Admins have company-wide access. Attendance actions require a registered device passkey rather than a shared password.
The Public Demo
The "Explore Demo" experience linked from the Login page uses entirely fictional, made-up data. It does not use, display, or collect any real employee, branch, or attendance data, and it does not require an account, email, or password. Nothing done inside the demo is sent to or stored on ASB Workforce's production systems.
